Ever Private Card THIS COMPANY STOLE $49.95 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION Nationwide California

This company fraudulently took $49.95 out of my checking account. I contacted my bank this morning, as soon as I discovered this. They ran an electronic check through my checking account. I have never heard of this company or ever talked to any individual from this company. Fortunately my account is with a very good bank that has excellent customer service, and I have no history of overdrafts on my account. She promptly took my claim over the phone, is returning the transaction to Ever Private Card, and refunding my account the $44 in overdraft fees charged to my account as a result of this transaction.

I did apply for a payday loan but was not approved. And my bank officer told me that this has been a huge problem for the bank customers with Ever Private Card. She told me that I need to close this account and reopen a new account immediately.

Since they have this account information she told me they may try running it again. She put a freeze on this account until I can get in there to open a new one Friday.
