GE Commerical sold my commercial mortgage to EverBank and there has been nothing but problems ever since.
Everbank demands more financial information annually than the original loan application asked for.
7 years into the loan they asked for 2 full appraisals 2 years in a row without explanation.
When they didn't get all the information they require fast enough they got a lawyer to send 5 demand letters and then billed me for $5500+ in legal fees. Yes, over $1k per demand letter!
Despite not ever missing a payment, not submitting the ridiculous amount of paperwork on their timeline deemed me "delinquent", so they promptly raised the interest rate 60%.
Now I am going to have to go to Court and fight with these jerks.
Run fast and far away from these scammers!
