Secure Horizons/ Evercare Medicare Advantage Plan Disabled senior conned Hot Springs Arkansas

Senior Citizen client was solicited by phone in April 2008 and was told there was no charge for the Secure Horizon plan. He wasn't aware that he no longer had regular Medicare and went to a hospital for a heart stress test and was told "we don't accept that insurance here." Couldn't find any hospital that would accept it within a 15 mile radius; did find one about 15-20 miles to the south and another to the west. Client doesn't drive. He lives within 3-5 miles of three other major hospitals, who won't accept him unless he pays upfront in cash.
