Everest Consumer Services ripoff Atlanta Georgia

on june 24 i was called by some lady from everest consumer services and offered me a credit card from visa with a credit limit of $2500 and all i had to pay was a one time fee of $299.

i didnt have the money at that time so she told me to pick a date when i would have that money. so i picked july 2 which was when i got paid so she said ok and then she requested all my personal information and so on. after i gave her all my personal information she said that she would withraw the money on the 2nd of july from my checkings account after that day i would have to wait 12 days to recieve my credit card.

so i waited and waited, a whole month passed by so i went ahead and called the number that was on the copy of the check i got from my bank and this company i called would not give me everest phone number nor would they give me any information on the company, they told me to wait 21 more days but till this date i have not received anything.

i would think that a credit card company would have a website and a toll free number were to contact them at but they dont!!!! i'm really angry and i'll do my best to sue them till the last penny i could get of them. i just feel really stupid for not taking any names or phone numbers.
