We returned ALL requested items back to everlast over a year ago and we are still waiting for credit back to our paypal account. Everlast will not answer emails or letters or any other contact with them.

We did not work for Everlast .We are an independant shop/service center. You have all your units from us you requested and you did an illegal chargeback commiting theft by fraud thru Paypal . Did you ever thing of checking your shipping agents or your own employees. Shipping companies told use you only use ONE turn of plastic wrap per pallet and your units fall off pallets. We have seen you ship pallets and can understand why your customers complain of damaged product.

Oleg you need to man up and pay your bills and learn to count products and customers not just your money. Your bad business practices may come back to bite you later.

Everlast OG Investments did an unauthorized chargeback to our Paypal account and we would like these funds returned to us. Look at the records from the Ripoff Report website ,the BBB website ,Amazon's website ,for Everlast Welders/Everlast Generators and you will see there track record,not good as far as dealing honestly and fairly with some people.
