On November 1, 2015 I stepped out on my deck to go to church and there was no car in my driveway. I called the Police department in my county to find out if they had it logged in that my car was repoed even though it was 10 days but I had always paid it early. There was no report that it was repoed so they put it down as stolen but I had no idea. The following morning a detective called me and we both agreed that it was probably repoed. There were several  personal items in the car along with my handicap hang tag and my license plate was on the car. Later that day I got a message to call the owner or the flunkie name of Rick. I did call and to my surprise they had mainly come and got the car because they couldn't tell the difference between a insurance renewal and a cancellation. That is how smart these A holes are. I am with Farm Bureau and just so happened I was right down the street from the office. I had gotten a renewal notice in July which is normal. The lien holder had gotten one too but they were to dumb to know what it was. Jessica Shackleford who works at the car lot said she had tried to call me numous times but my number had been changed. They apparently don't know what a stamp and envelope is. When I spoke with Rick he told me that the detective told him that he could file charges against me for filing a police report then I called the detective and of course Rick had lied. If an attorney sees this then of course I will sue them for holding my personal property. If they don't then I will call my attorney and sue.

Sorry, it makes no sense

 1. You were 10 days late. Nowhere in your contract does it state if you pay early this month you can be late another. 2. Payment due on the 21st and your 10 days late again. With the way you get paid from my tax dollars that means your about to be a full month behind repetitively. Writing is on the wall. 3. Your hangar being in the car means nothing. Were they supposed to toss it in your driveway? 4. Before you jump me, I am a bill collector. In addition 4 years ago I lost my left lung and battled cancer. When told I would never work again I called bs on it and am back to work for almost 3 years. No handicapped placard or hangar. Don't need it. I seriously doubt you need it. Dealer was nice about the missed payment and gave you a break which you will extort against him. Be glad he did, I wouldn't. But then again my income of 91k per year is because I don't give into ssi disability entitled jerks.

Oh my guess is you  are an employee if not then mind your d**n business and you weren't here to know what went on. I had never been late with a payment before. As a matter of fact they had always been 2 weeks early.  You have always made all your payments oh time? Why did they try to give the car back and drop that payment. For 5000.00 the interior was ragged out and it should have had Sun Visors. Their saleman was blowing smoke up my dress trying get me to take it back. It wasn't so much about the payment as it was the insurance that was never cancelled. I wish you were standing in front of me, I wou Were standing in front of me right because you would not be standing long.

The Typical Deadbeat Wail!

No need to try to set up a smokescreen whining about the price of the car and any alleged problems because we can all see thru your feeble attempt to deflect the real situation here.  By your own admission, you were ten days late.  You also admitted you had your number changed so they couldn't reach you.  Bottom line?  YOU turned on the collections machine up to and including the repo.

Of course, this is nothing new to you.  You're with a subprime (deadbeat) dealership because YOU developed a documented and confirmed reputation of OT paying your bills in the past.  Here we are today and surprise, surprise you're paying them late too!  Oh yes, you don't have the money to make your car payments but you're going to hire an attorney to sue them?  Right.  Sure.  We can all see thru that sorry statement as well.

Don't bother writing back something stupid like, "You must work for them!"  I'll save you the effort...I don't!
