Lanyards were ordered for an event.  I looked on their tracking after not having received items after three weeks.  My order showied as pending.  Tried numerous times to call and find out status.  Always was on hold for many minutes and then cut off.  Finally got through to a voice message that said leave a message.  I did, and told them to cancel the order. We had to go with a better company to get what we needed on time.  Everyday Lanyards had a 6 week lead time and still couldn't get us the product we needed or answer the phone to give updates.  It is on my charge card and has not been refunded or any product received.  Tried many more times to actually talk to a person, called different times of the day and different days of th week, hoping to actually get through.  I tried calling the number listed as Rush Promotions on my credit card statement but can only leave a message, that has not been returned.  I have wasted a great deal of time with this company and the only time I would use on them in the future is to tell colleagues and friends is to steer clear of them and recommend the company that actually came through with the product in a timely manner.
