What a waste of time and money- very unprofessional

Never look at the architect plumbing NYC DOB approved plans, set up the inspection and failed. to top it off he then QUIT the job leaving me hanging owner never did the work hoping the inspector wouldn't show as a self certification then refused to return the filing fee.
