Order bird supplies on Dec. 27th, 2017. Paid it by credit card,and waited for my order. Contacted her 4 times and she gave me excuses about storms. Now she wont answer back. Ive called her and emailed her. She stole $79.22 including shipping. She has a southern accent and she will not respond back.She ripped me off and has my credit card number! She is on facebook too. Everythingbirdie, facebook name! Dont trust her she will take your money and you will ever recieve your order. Ive never been ripped off on a product before. But she acts all sweet and rips you off.

Everything Birdie! Carol Wilson mailed out my order on January 19th, 2017. Which was ordered on Dec. 27th,2016. I received my order today on Jan.24th, 2017. Plus from Jan.19th when it mas mailed to Jan.24th is how long it actually took to be delivered. My order came in perfect condition and new! She is very concerned about her business! They do not delete rip offs. So Iam writing a comfirmation that eventually I received my order. So I am sending this to let anyone know I did receive my order in good condition. In the beginning she had a ice storm but when time went by and I didnt hear and get responses.I assumed she ripped me off. Never takes that long to order and receive products like this. So I am responding with, once she got ahold of me after I complained alot on the phone and emails. She responded back ...I dont want to upset her. This is her job. So in my heart I think this whole thing was a big big mess and she came though with what I ordered. So in my opinion it was not a rip off! Everything Birdie has sent my order.
