On december 21st 2012, I've made an order to purchase some jackets at Total was $184 US dollars. Couple weeks later he asked if I wanted any custom patches on the jackets, I said I wanted a brooklyn nets and how long would it take for it to arrive to then he said

"I just left the post office and was told for USPS international it will take anywhere from 3-10 for their first class mail. I can place the small patch on the front but since they are a new team they don't make big patches yet. Your order has been packed up and ready for shipping, just waiting on confirmation from you. Thanks again for your patience and business" 

It's been months and months, I've been messaging him and he doesn't reply to my messages at all. So then, I decided to open a paypal case. I wanted to get my money back, so he said he has no problems refunding my money but I wanted the jackets. [continued below]....
..... He told me in order for him to send me the jackets, I must close the paypal dispute. So i did, very stupid of me because I cannot reopen the case anymore.

Until now I still didn't receive my jackets, and sent around 7 email messages using 2 different emails and no reply.

Still didn't receive package!

Aric Casas is a scammer, he doesn't reply to my messages and now blocked me from sending him messages.

Until now I still didn't receive the package. $184 down the drain.

FUTURE CUSTOMERS! STAY AWAY FROM ARIC CASAS! Either he refunds me the $184 or this report stays on.

Aric Casas didn't sent TRACKING NUMBER

I've sent 4 emails in regards for my tracking number for my package. Aric and his employees had ignored me, 2 weeks and no response. Funny thing is when I linked them to a facebook profile thinking it's Aric's profile, they responded me back saying:

"Your package has been reshipped and will arrive on schedule with USPS. Please do not harass us or continue to slander our company. Whomever that is does not represent our company and is Aric Casas is the owner I am an employee in charge of shipping email. Your package has been resent; please refrain from the harassing emails you already filed a wrongful claim against our company that can't be removed. If your order doesn't arrive within a week we will refund your payment in full. Thank you and please cease the harassing emails."

Hopefully someday they will feel the same as me, scamming a 15 year old boy's hard earned $184 isn't fair! $184 is alot, I had to work 18 hours for this money. All for nothing, down the drain.

Aric Casas scammer

I have emailed you the very first time that I didn't want any custom patches. But you still didn't ship,  1 months later I emailed you and you said it was my fault??

Later my friend decided to get a brooklyn nets patch on it.

I have ask Aric kindly for my full refund, but he refuses. He said it will be shipped and I will receive in the 3-5 business days. I had asked for a tracking number and a order confirmation.

Found out the USPS had lost my items, so Aric sends me a picture of the camo jacket to confirm.

It's been almost 5 days since I asked for a tracking number and order confirmation, still no reply.

Aric Casas isn't a serious business person and shouldn't be selling clothings online, this is not fair for customers and his unprofessionalism isn't going to take him anywhere in life.

ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK! 2 shipments and I haven't received a thing. I don't want the jackets anymore, this is Aric's responsiblity to keep me updated with the shipping and not take my $184 and ignore me.

Customer wrongly tried to discredit the company.

I'm speaking on behalf on the company Everything Vintage in regards to the customer above Nelson Luu stating that his order was never received and his emails were not responded to. The buyer ordered a custom Camo Jacket and was emailed twice in regards to the custom order; It states in the listing that when placing a custom order to please contact us immediately in regards to the team and type of customizing you would like done.

The buyer was sent two emails within a 3-day time span asking what team and type of customizing he wanted done on the jacket. The buyer did not respond to our attempt to contact him in regards to his order and did not contact us until almost 2 months after placing the order. He stated in his initial reply that it was for a friend and they didn't want the jacket customized only needed it to be sent as is. Upon the day of shipment the buyer emailed us stating he now wanted a custom patch added to the jacket and that it was for a friend.

The specific team he inquired about was the Brooklyn Nets which is a new expansion team; Therefore there wasn't any patches manufactured for them. We found a small front patch and told the buyer we would add it to the jacket and have it shipped. Days passed and still no response to us in regards to the matter, once we received a response the buyer was enraged and claimed it was for a friend and they were expecting the order.

All in all the buyer changed it from being a order for his friend and not wanting it customized to the order only being for him and him now wanting it to be customized. We did our best as far as communicating and making sure the order was completed. The fault was on the buyer for not contacting or responding to our attempts to complete this order which in turn led to this report being filed.

The buyer now states once the package is received the report will be deleted due to negligence on his part of not effectively communicating and completing the order as instructed.

We have completed over 200+ orders since opening our website to the public in November and have built a great rapport with our customers. Our Instagram (Everything_Vintage) & Twitter(EvryThngVintage) accounts are a testament to our great customer service and shows the positive feedback and interaction with everyone we deal with.
