Evil Controllers Have not shipped after more than double the time I was told Internet

I ordered on 7/6 and was told in 2-4 business days I would get a shipping tracking number and I still haven't received the email after 8 business days. I did not order an evil id or splatter or pro buttons. I have seen many people say they waited for a long time some even months and I sadly think I will be another. I know sometimes employees read these reports and help people with their issues and I hope someone like Carlos could help me out here. I don't think you are a scam but I think there really needs to be improvements with the customer service. I wouldn't mind all that much if it would take 2 weeks but I was told different so I expected different. I hope someone could help me with this issue because if not I will be out $150 and I will make sure to warn others about this.
