Evil Controllers Have not shipped after more than double the time I was told Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

 I ordered on 7/6 and was told in 2-4 business days I would get a shipping tracking number and I still haven't received the email after 8 business days. I did not order an evil id or splatter or pro buttons. I have seen many people say they waited for a long time some even months and I sadly think I will be another. I know sometimes employees read these reports and help people with their issues and I hope someone like Carlos could help me out here. I don't think you are a scam but I think there really needs to be improvements with the customer service. I wouldn't mind all that much if it would take 2 weeks but I was told different so I expected different. I hope someone could help me with this issue because if not I will be out $150 and I will make sure to warn others about this.

Support Department Helped Me

 I contacted the support department via email yesterday and he asked for my order number and I did not check my email until later that night so I sent it to him late. Around 12 today I checked my email and he said there has been a delay with my order and he would upgrade the shipping for me to make up for the lost time and said he contacted the shipping department and requested the shipping tracking number for me. He also said I would learn more tomorrow and would be contacted by a representative. I'm glad now some thing is finally happening and I'm not wondering if I'll be another person that waits for months to get a controller. If you guys are having the same problem then on their site go to contact us and fill out the questions and choose the support department. You probably will get an email like I did asking for the name on the billing address or the order #. Overall I will have to see if everything I've been told is true or not as I have heard others got lied to but when the controller gets here I will update this or maybe take it off I'm not one to hold a grudge so I wouldn't want to detriment their business if they have resolved my issue.

We apologize for the delay on your order. Without your order number I can not look into the status of your purchase and let you know what the issue could be. Right now our processing times are 2 to 6 business days and 3 to 5 additional business days if you added any of the following: Custom Logos, Custom Tagline, Splatter or purchased a custom GameCube controller. Once the order has been processed it takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive once it's been shipped.

We do our best to provide as much information as we can, often times people don't notice the additional time frames for super custom products. 

Without your order number I can't say what the hold up could be. I do apologize that regardless we made a mistake somewhere, perhaps the processing time wasn't in a noticable enough spot. Hopefully we can speak and find out where the issue came from so we can make the adjustments. I apologize immensely for your frustration and misinformation. 

Reach out to me at with your order number and I will happily look into this. It's our goal to make sure all of our customers are happy and you clearly are not. 

If you expected the controller sooner than when you have received it I can definitely understand your frustration.
