I am wondering if half the problem is that perhaps the people behind this company don't speak much english, and the other half is, they just don't care? I had horrible problems with them 2 years ago when I bought 2 car cameras, then I returned them as they were defective, and ultimately the company returned one of the cameras to me even though I didn't want it. They did not return or reimburse me for the sd card, and did not fully refund me the money on even one of the cameras...not to mention the fact that the returns were REQUIRED by them to be sent out of the country to China, which costs alot. Anyhow, after they returned the unwanted camera to me, I put it away as I was just totally fed up with the dolts... Now I recently dug the camera out and this one works, however, these weasels did NOT include the required battery that came with it...nor the sd card. So I contacted them through their website and merely asked for information about the type of battery that was needed for it....not that I wished to buy it from them. They finally responded, and it had nothing to do with my question: "Dear D D, Thank you for your enquiry. We truly value our customers and want to do all we can to make you happy. While we appreciate your desire to take advantage of the accessories we have on offer at this time we only sell them with a tablet purchase. Please check back as we plan to provide an accessory store in the near future. At this time we suggest Thank you again. We hope this response has sufficiently answered your questions. If not, to respond to the ticket, please login to the support ticket system." Note the incorrect english/grammar.

Obviously this company should not be allowed to continue doing business in the US, yet they still have the same good old FL address. What a bunch of bozos, and it shows how inept the authorities are for not going in and shutting them down. Beware and don't buy anything from . PS They had a small picture of the battery in their photo gallery, however they flipped the image, I suppose so folks can't easily figure out what kind of battery they need to buy...I flipped the image and found that the camera uses a Nokia BL-4C Li-on battery, which is about 6 bucks on Amazon.
