Evonne - gary Denney - Diamond Acres Kennels dishonest sneaky evasive money grabbing people ripoff Fort Worth Texas

I am e-mailing from Calgary Alberta Canada to warn all perspective purchasers of bulldog puppies to stay away from these 2 people. They are dishonest and sneaky and hide behind Christianity to make people feel comfortable about wiring them thousands of dollars for what essentially is a scam. They do not provide what they promise to, written contract, tatoos...none of it matters.

I purchased a "registered" male French bulldog puppy from Evonne and Gary in January of last year. I personally flew to Texas to pick him up. After setting a meeting date and time,two days in advance,(with Evonne) I drove to their place to get my puppy. Evonne mysteriously had to leave just prior to my getting there.

I dealt with her husband Gary, who assured me that yes he was registered, and I would receive his papers 3-5 months after I took him home. I was very satisfied with the quality of my boy, but Evonne was very difficult and evasive to deal with. a few months later I bought a female from her and had her shipped to the airport in Calgary.

My second dealing with her was a nightmare. I sent her the $$ for my female, and once she had my 3500.00, she became very difficult to get ahold of. When she finally responded to my email, it was to rage at me because I was "bothering" her. They were right in the middle of moving, and she didn't understand how "I" could be so unsympathetic!!???

The reason I was "bothering" her is because she had promised four different times that my puppy would be shipped "the next day". Days turned into weeks. I finally did get her, and once again have no complaints about the quality of her. She is beautiful.

I e-mailed Evonne @ the end of June to find out about my boys papers. I sent her all the required information she needed to find out about his papers. I received an e-mail saying "Oh Yes that was one of the puppies who's papers were "LOST". But to be "patient" and they would arrive soon (be blessed). I e-mailed her once again in September, once again it was "i'm sure it will be soon. Be patient".

I am so out of patience. It has been 9 months now since I brought him home, and still nothing. I e-mailed her again about 2 weeks ago, and have yet to receive a response. I wanted to show these dogs, and possibly eventually breed. I cannot do this now. I have told her I want my money back, but again received no response form her.

I have hired a lawyer and am going to charge her with fraud.

Just for the record she seems to like to blame "other breeders" for being jealous of her. I "AM NOT" a breeder, just a customer who was unlucky enough to deal with this venomous shady character.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST DECEITFUL SCAM ARTISTS!
