Evony reagan merchantile, civony and a host of various other reagan / evony variations TAKING ACCTS then coming up with a reason why (mine was too many troops) Internet

i play an online WAR game that uses alliances to distinquish teams and basically rule the server. many times players who choose to spend real money end up together as the use of money is an advantage, and the bigger players usually end up in one alliance. many of us go from one server to the next starting new accts and spending more money. evony has a TOS that is not required to be read before playing and is very onesided saying that basically they can ban you at a whim. and thantium is doing just that. 

on server 164 2 different players lost their accts after spending literally over 1k$ a piece, one of them was never even given a reason why. what made this my problem was the accts cant be accessed but are left open to attack leaving the alliance vulnerable as we watch them get hit and can do nothing. there is no warning, no chance at defending yourself from what ever they said you did. and to make matters worse EVONY TOOK MORE MONEY from an auto coin on those accts AFTER CLOSING THEM. and PAYPAL wont even look into it!!    

on 158 (another server) accts were banned in the same manner including hosts of the top 2 alliances leaving everyone in the alliance stuck as leaving meant a penalty unless expelled by host who couldnt log in. one of my accts was caught up in this servers mess - i did get acct back 5 days later after it had been attacked and refuged (lost all resources and troops) and was basically vulnerable from that point on as it as ruined). 

now on 168 evony banned 1/3 of the top alliance (at least 20 players) for having too many troops. remember this is a wargame. those who were involved in this mass ban some got mails like this

now the thing here is this is being sent to some the top players on the server! some did have alot of troops some didnt. some others with way more troops than their ranking (prestige) would allow were not banned. this was aimed at only the 69 alliance. after the banned players replied some follow up mails were sent including

Lots of report from players that you and your alliance are abusing a troop

duplication bug during maintenance to get mechanics.

again no proof of wrong doing supplied by evony just players who got beaten by us mass complaining and we get banned. 

some player at this point were given their accts back, some got them back minus troops, some got threats from evony that if they persisted in asking for their accts they would get the whole alliance banned, some got a phone call, others got nothing- no mail no reply no acct. 

i realize that some players know glitches and use them, ironically this time most banned didnt know or use the one they were accused of. these players some are really good but most of them spend their way to having great heroes and big accts, thats real money that they can not access or get refunded or even defend their investments against evonys greed. 

my biggest frustrations include the fact that evony knows 90% of its players bot (you have to to keep an army fed etc 24 hours a day), and prob 60% (actually prob more than that) run multiple accts( again neccessary for food and resources) yet evony only bans some. they pick and choose. they dont give an excuse, they dont give a reason, they dont give a warning, and they dont give proof ever of your violation. and in the rare instance they do contact you about your so called violation they dont listen to your proof or side. case in point thantium sent one banned player a list of about 10 accts that thantium said was proof of multi accts. this list was 7 emails that the player had used on 6 different servers (not against the rules to play multiple servers BTW) and 3 that werent his and had not been played by him. when the player pointed this out thantium merely ignored him and said they would ban for other things and he was permanantly banned now for argueing.

instead of banning these players evony should focus on fixing their game issues like lag and log in down time. recently evony was down for over 7 hours. while players could not log in they lost resources and troops from refuge.

you may ask why do we keep playing? well at this point many are asking the same thing and looking at new games as an option.

these are just some of examples evonys flagrant abuse of their ability to control our paid for accts, while failing miserably at fixing their servers for lag, and log in issues (which they blame on bots but the bots were around on older servers which did not have these issues).
