Evony.com evony.com an mmo game does not supply in game items when purchased. Internet
When making the purchase of the premium rewards on two seperate occasions the one transaction actually only deposited half of the coins due into the account and the second transaction has deposited none.
After repeated attemps to contact support with emails that come back with horrible spelling and no resolution I really feel this company is not equipped to deal with customer billing issues in an intelligent professional diligent way.
Here are two examples of the email exchanges after I provided the pay pal transaction numbers, time and date stamps, amount spent.
Thanks for your letter. we are doing this or you now. please be patient. thanks for your assistance.

next response after I wrote them saying nothing was deposited in my account:

Here's how it works: You buy whatever value of Reward you want, and then you will immediately receive 20%
of the value of your purchase in Cents. In addition, every week for the next 15 weeks you receive an increasing number of Cents! please view mail in the game for further info. so you received 80cents form
now on, then next few weeks you will receive more and more cents orderly,
* Purchases of Evony Premium Rewards may not count towards qualifying for Bonus or Promotional Packages.
* The Premium Rewards payments last for 15 weeks and then end.
* The maximum amount you can invest in Evony Premium Rewards is 200 USD per server.
* Once you make a purchase, it is final. No refunds will be issued.

I then Wrote another email showing my pay pal transactions and that I clearly ordered the premium rewards package and recieved no reply.
I submitted another request in game and started the whole process over again, here is the reply, keep in mind each time they have you fill out the same information and I have to provide the pay pal transaction details each time:
Thanks for your letter and support to our company. sorry for our overdue response. we will handle this ASAP, please bepatint. we will contact if there are some results. thanks you for your understanding.
Still no resolution so I write in game again as they did not reply to this email. Notice there is no ticket number for tracking no way to refer to the same incident...
we have sent 80 coins to your account. please check it out. we appreciate your respnse.
mind you they owe 200 cents, there is no professional signature just this sentence, no way to contact them as the number they provide on paypal is non working.
