Ewangelia Bucherer has now as of 08/16/2012 sent me four letters demanding that I pay $58.29 for an analysis that was never conducted.   When this person first contacted me, she offered me a free reading.  Then the second letter asked me to pay $44.60 to the Eisleben Foundation.  I did not do so for as she stated in her third letter, that her services were free  of charge and I only was dealing with this person and not anyone else. 

I received three (3) more letters each time demanding money for services I neither contracted for nor intended to use.  Finally on 08/16/12 I was sent a demand letter from this person and from a Mr. Nathan Chadwick (completed with a photography of a fierce looking elderly man) demanding the following: 
"You purchased my Analysis from me on open account. (I did not).  Unfortunately you did not respond to  my first, second, thrid payment reminder.

This COLLECTION NOTICE is to inform you that your failure to settle your account to date has resulted in yur account being passed to a collection agency.

This is your final notice before legal action is taken!  Your current blance due is $48.79 $9.50.  Fee for Analysis $58.29 (UP from $44.60).

The collection agency has agreed to wait 12 days only from the day you receive this FINAL NOTICE as a grace period before prosecuting your account to the full extent of the law.  If you pay your amount due of $58.29 within 12 days in full, you can stop this process.

If you fail to pay, your non-payment will definitely affect your credit history and further fees of at least $41.48 will be assessed!

The letter then ends but has payment stub at the bottom with an address for payment to be sent to Jupiter.

While I did request a FREE reading, I did NOT agree to spend any further funds.  This person arbitrarily went ahead and began sending me bills without my authorization or agreement.  I have the last three letters this person has sent and I would urge anyone who comes across this entity to stay far away. 

Finally, I plan on alerting the proper authorities regarding this person and have even sought legal advice.  The attorney I dealt with informed me that this was probably a scam.
