Exam Services 1-8 ,US Work Alliance Norcross, Georgia I paid $129 for exam materials to test for a USPS job. Took the test, someone else got the job. Call to get refund and website and all phone numbers are invalid. I paid $129 for materials to study and take the postal battery exam. Took the exam, never heard anything back, called to get refund and website and all phone numbers are invalid. Mount Vernon, Illinois

I called about a add I saw in the paper to work for the USPS.  They told me that I would have to pay for exam materials and if I did not get a job, it was 100% refundable. 

I paid the $129 and got the exam materials.  I took the exam a month later.  Never heard anything about a job.  I scored a 86% (results were sent to me via mail).  So I know I passed, but they must have given the job to someone else.

I called to get a refund and they said there had to be a 12 month period in which the exam was not offered within a 100 miles of my area. 

I have waited the 12 months and no test has been given.  So I called the number on the sheet that I called last time and all of a sudden that is not a valid number.  The website cannot be found.  I called 411 and gave them the address at the bottom of the paper in Norcross, GA, and no such business can be found.

I go on to look on the internet for additional numbers, found 2 more.  Both of them are disconnected.  Two 800 numbers and a regular landline.  Numbers I called were as follows.... (800) 584-1859,  (866) 735-8779, (678) 291-1317.  Website I go to does not pull up anymore.

If anyone knows anything that can help me, please let me know.  Thanks!
