I have also taken this to the authorities for harassment! and there is a restraining order which the sheriff/constable will be serving you anytime now. The Kevin Byram you mention with DOC is not me. I'm not from Arizona, I'm from California which I've told you many times in the past and I can prove to anyone. You should get your facts straight! Dummy! With reference to Excel Business Systems, and we have always gone by Excel Business Systems, we are a very sound company in business for over 10 years with a clientele base of over 200 (references available upon request to anyone who wants them). We employ 6 Independent Contractors who actually work and make sales. Hmmm, you did'nt work and now you complain you're not getting paid. Why would Tom and I pay someone for NOT working! Can you actually say ALL 7 PEOPLE are lying? Perhaps you should check yourself and people should check GOOGLE search and see why your being certified as a paralegal was rejected/denied. Maybe the same type of inappropriate actions you portray here? Tell the labor board all about your so called non-payment and we will respond with an abundance of documentation to prove otherwise!

You have stated, IN AN EMAIL TO ME as proof, that you have a "business manager" named Richelle Guillaume. You are outright lying!
Also, NO ONE from your so-called company EVER tried to call me, ONLY YOU did! Obsessively!
The reason I never answered my phone DURING MY SHIFT was because I WAS ON MY OTHER PHONE LINE, MAKING CALLS FOR YOU! Hello!

NO WHERE on my employee agreement does it say that I had to make a certain number of sales in order to get paid. Otherwise, WHY WOULD YOU BE TELLING ME THAT MY CHECK "Was sent out last week". You NEVER told me that I didn't EARN it! Never!

Funny thing, Kevin, is that I have called you and left NUMEROUS messages, asking you to CALL ME and tell me WHY I'm not getting paid. If you have such a strong case, then why the hell can' you tell me on the phone LIKE A MAN?

We never went to court on a restraining order, so that's a lie too.

Oh yeh, and if you're such a credible person, why do you owe rent at your Phoenix office location?? You skipped out on rent, leaving Lee stuck with $1600 owed to him. Wanna keep this going?

You're running a scam, and all people need to do is search the criminal files and run your name through the AZ Department if Corrections website to see just how "credible" you are, Mr. Kevin W. Byram.

Just for the record, when she says she did not get paid she fails to say WHY.

The reason:
1) She was an Independent Contractor
who "worked" from her home. She
failed to produce even a single sale and
thus, had no commissions (or any other
monies due her).
Also important to note that many staff
members would call her home only to reach
her voicemail. Makes one wonder if she
was working at all. Our reps who do work
have no trouble averaging a sale a week.

2) It's ironic she has the odacity to act in
this manner when management took time out of
their busy schedules just to work with her
and help her to produce and be
successful. She apparently fails to say the
truth and blames others for her own
shortcomings.

3) WE HAVE ONLY TWO OFFICES: Phoenix and
Tempe AND THEY ARE BOTH UP AND
OPERATING. SAD SHE IS ABLE TO POST SUCH
FALSITIES ON THIS SITE WITHOUT HER
STATEMENTS BEING CHECKED FIRST BEFORE THEY
ARE PUBLISHED!

Richelle Guillaume is unknown to this company and appears to be inaccurate information as is the balance of what her falsified report. Continuation of same will surely result in a lawsuit for defamation and slander. There's already a restraining order against her and I'm sure the courts will love to see this as it is a clear violation. The truth of the matter is she was recruited as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR and in order to remain as such she endorsed an agreement stating she would make a minimum of 2 monthly sales (available upon request). She failed to produce even 1. Or for that matter, even leads that would have led anywhere at all. She was also sarcastic with management. She is venting frustration because we let her go. Just as we would with anyone who acted in the manner she did and failed to produce. Her previous employers have said the same.
