I worked a few months at Excel Honda.  I left for numerous reason including failure to properly prepare the cars, hiding scratches, pressuring clients and allowing the salesman to steal my sales on the day of delivery.  

They have refused to pay me the 1000s of dollar they owed me. Instead they sent me a dozen plus of falsified contracts.  I had a copy of the original.

Furthermore, I put all the info inot a spreadsheet and realized they had been cheating me of rightfully money earned since the beginning. 

Sexist was evident when I realized they attributed my sales to salesmen instead of me, with Honda Canada and the APB.  I was bullied and harrassed and this was encouraged by the management.

I contacted Honda Canada Compliance & Ethics line and received a call back the next day.  In 41 minutes, I explained the major issues.  They asked me if I had a lawyer, when I said no, that I couldn't afford it.  The call ended shortly after. They promise to call back with a few days, but never did.

Instead, Excel Honda sent me a legal letter to dissuade me from pursuing the issue.  So, I sent 87 pages of evidence to Honda Canada a month ago.  They never even aknowledge by register package.  

I also wrote back to the lawyer, informing that I will pursue the case. They never answered!
