Excel Towing Unfair policies and practices Rancho Cucamonga California

My association was having our payment sealed in our complex. Excel towing was associated to remove cars from the sealing spots during this upgrade. Their was a no parking sign from 7am on a friday to 7am the following day. At 7am I came out to move my car and saw that my vehicle was already towed. My husband was returning from work at this time and saw our vehicle being placed on the tow bed asking them to drop it, that it was 6:59 and they refused. When speaking with the tow drivers they were inconsiderate and rude and when they didnt tow one other vehicle away I asked them why and they flat out told me that I was going to have to pay double. When other occupants came out with the same race as the tow driver, he dropped their vehicles! For asking questions and taking pictures of what was happening they are now charging me double the amount it cost to remove a vehicle. It is unfair and unethical and unjust what this company is doing to gain wages!
