I was trying to sell our Timeshare and contacted Exclusive sales Orlando FL
Bryan Adams(probably not the singer) "hey no problem) send check and sign contract"
Last I heard from him was after I sent the CC details and signed the contract.
Totally bogus...but they do not seem to care. These f'n bastards are worse than Nigerians!!

Executive Sales & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam
AUTHOR: ThomasR - ()

I just received a call from this company. First they stated they were from Royal Elite and that they would sell your Royal Elite timeshare in Hotels where people would pay top dollar for timeshares. They refused to give me their corporate name and said that exclusive sales.com was a DBA. They asked for $1390 upfront for "commission fees" which after reading forums on TUG I am well aware of this type of scam. Please if anyone gets a call from this company never pay any upfront fees. Commissions should be paid only after a sale is made and not before. If you have a timeshare you would like to sell you should always contact a real estate agent first.

I understand why you're so upset, but you should never send money to someone that claims to sell your timeshare, i mean, how are you so sure that they will do what they promised? if you already paid.. at least you're aware now, this is a good article about timeshare resales and how to avoid being scammed:
