Received defective Philips SRU4105/27 Universal Icon Remote  from this vendor.  The policy on their website states "If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date - we'll even pay for the return shipping.  Simply email us and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label." I have made 3 requests in the form of 2 voicemails and 1 email and have all been ignored.

The company contacted me yesterday by email after seeing this report.  They advised that an email was sent to me with the return call tag on 1/25.  The email somehow got lost in cyberspace.  The company representative was very apologetic, resent me the call tag and expressed concern that my request for a refund would be taken care of without further delay.  I am very satisfied with their response and would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
