i went to a sales promo for global vacation network with the promise of free gifts. the only gift i paid any $$ for was the $16.95 shipping & handling charge for my 'free' mp3 player. i mailed the check on 12.9.08, it was cashed on 1.8.09, and as of 3.10.09 i haven't received the mp3 player. i was also promised $300 in gas refunds ~ the website was no longer in service. i was also promised 'free luggage' but i wasn't willing to pay the s&h chg for something i didn't really need.
i was also promised free airfare & 2 nites hotel which i never got. what i did get was a call from global vacation to ck on my satisfaction after the mtg & i expressed i never got my gifts....there was supposed to be follow-up & there never was. it's all a TOTAL RIP-OFF & i'm glad i never signed up for the 'great vacation packages' they offered. any help or info is appreciated. thx.
