Exese internet is the biggest internet scam that I thought possible. First the equipment that they installed they claim was faulty. I had intermitant service for months. Meaning that in the middle of a 700 mb file it would stop at any point after 70% witch conveniently makes you go over your 10 GB allowance very quickly since you must start the down load over again and waste 500 mob.

Finally after about fifty phone calls I finally got my equipment replaced and told I would have no more problems lol, yeah, right, I am still getting intermittent service and now I am being told that the sattlelight is bumping me off line because there are too many people on line at once?

You do not need an It degree to know that they are lying and making up any reason to pacify their customers. I have been told every BS story in the book by this company as they try to explain my poor speeds and intermitant connection. I have even been told that if you don't like it cancel your service and that the terms of service agreement states no guarantee of any service at all. How can the FCC allow a company to sell internet service that only works occasionally.

Exede also cannot even get their billing correct I had to spend hours on the phone trying to straighten out the mess they made of my bill only to eventually talk to someone in corporate that lied and acted like it was killing them to do their job..

Also don't bother asking for them to reissue any of the GB loss they will do anything but that..... My advice use 3g or 4g it is greatly more reliable also the caps are insane and the traffic shaping and throttling Are the worst.... Do not use exede internet........ I challenge anyone from exede corporate to make me feel differently

I sent my information as requested, had to use my cell phone to email them because their system was down again.. when I called and asked why is it down again I was told for maintenance reasons and that is part of my contract to not be able to use the internet for hours why they do updates. What's odd is that I call back and talk to someone else and they told me that there is an outage in my area and that an update would only cause intermitant service. She then stated that she would give me a month of free service for my inconvenience but had no possible way to issue the credit to my account since their systems were not working.

I was next told too call back latter and inform the next rep of our conversation to receive my credit, lol yeah right Like I said never the same answer twice and since there is no record of my conversation she could blow through Calls promising disgruntled customers anything...

Well we will see if the rebuttal of wanting to help resolve any issues was fake or sincere..... I will let you know what happens next
