When I was signed up with this company I was told I would have unlimited moving and not have to worry about any thing. Well the time has come to move and well now they want me to sign a new 2 year agreement that I was never informed of when I signed up. Then to top it all off when you move you have to return not only the modem but the receiver too. This is crazy. I am planning on canceling this and will fight the early temination fee some how. Service not good and lost service many times and when I would call about it they couldnt help me or the call got dropped and they wouldnt call back. Usually the problems happened after their office was closed. So tired of this lameness and with having a cap is crazy because once you meet it they want you to buy more. Heck no Im not going to buy more. Once my GB disappeared really fast and they tried to tell me what it was from and come to find out it wasnt from that I think they ran it out on us on purpose. Im done and no turning back. Do not use this company they will bleed you dry and frustrate you to no end.

My name is David Varner and I am an Elite Dealer for Exede and also am a memeber of the Dealer Advisory Council to ViaSat.  My company Lake Country Satellite has been the #1 dealer for Exede on the East coast for over a year.  The move service is free.  You do need to send back your old modem and TRIA back.  This is a good thing so you will have new equipment installed at your new home.

There is no charge and it does not increase the orginal length of your contract.

We value you as a customer, and definitety don't want to lose your business. We do offer to move your service  for free every time you move . A new 24 month contract is required because you are essentially closing one account without cancellation fees, and opening another. Another great thing, is we offer you new eqiupment, and a new 24 month warranty on that equipment. I am sorry to hear about your connectivity issues.
