This company knowingly sold me a $70.00 package when they were aware that they were closing within 2 weeks and I would be unable to use the package. They then denied this and told me it was my fault for buying the package, even though the saleswoman pushed it on me, and hung up on me when I called to complain.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the previous owners. After purchasing the business, I actually had a few others make complaints due to the previous owners business practices. The previous owners had 3 stores originally and closed two of them before I purchased the store in Littleton.

As the new owner I can assure you that it is a priority for employees do their best to keep customers happy and satisfied. I have upgraded equipment in the store and lowered prices on services and lotions. In fact, Exotic Tans will match and beat and of our competitors prices!

Again I apologize for the way the previous owner treated you. I can assure you that under my ownership this type of situation will not happen.
