I   bought $9,600.00 of emergency tickets  at noon time for 10:10 PM flight from Hawaii to England do my wife father being on his death bed. Got to the Airport  at 7:00 PM. The airline checked in my bags gave me the flight antennary but no board passes. A hour went by still no thickets.  At  8:15PM the Airline and myself called Expedia, we made multiple calls to Expedia, no management on duty, all the gave us was excuses.

At 9:30PM less than 45min to take off they said sorry we can not help you and left us stranded and the airline recover out luggage and returned it to us. I was forced to spend another $9600.00 with the airline to buy another round trip ticket then run with our suite cases across the airport to the gate and also throw away more the a hundred dollars of merchandise  that would not go through the check point.

Expedia also canceled my return flight record two days after my flight which caused cancelation of my return flight ticket causing over two hours of problems in England. I have spend over three hour on the phone since I have been back home with no resolve, they do not care about customer and should be out of this industry.
