My name is Susan, from Colorado Springs, CO.

EXPEDIATED TRAVEL IS A HUGE SCAM!! Last August (2007), I went on this website http://www.rushmypassport.com/?gclid=CIHonqOGkpECFQwsOAodsnZZQA for information on getting a new passport for my son as a birthday gift. He had lost his old passport and needed a replacement. I thought it very strange that the website required me to enter my visa number and expiration date just to get information, but it appeared to be legitimate and secure so I did. At no time was the cost of their service ever mentioned in any of the information I read. A couple weeks later, I was reviewing my visa statement on-line and was shocked to see a $184.00 charge from Expedited Travel on my card! I immediately called the toll-free number listed beside the entry and asked them to remove the charge based the fact that I never ordered the service. I was told that they would remove it, but instead they charged me AGAIN! Now I had 2 charges for $184.00 on my card. I immediately called my visa card company to let them know what was going on. To make a long story short, for 5 months now I have been round and round with my visa company disputing these unauthorized charges. They did reverse one of the duplicate charges, but ultimately refuse to charge back the other fee based on the fact the EXPEDIATED TRAVEL said that "I did not call to cancel the service" First of all, I NEVER ordered the service and secondly, I DID call twice after seeing the charges appear on my credit card! Now they expect me to pay for a service I have not/nor will ever receive! HUGE SCAM!
