All that has been said, and all the accusations I've read here are true, and there are volumes more that could be written! They make promises, and cater to your needs UNTIL the moment you sign the contract. Then it's as though they do everything they can to see to it you are miserable, and default on your contract.

I thinks it would be interesting to see how far their contract would stand up to a class action lawsuit or an IRS investigation. They would certainly not fare well with DOT scrutinization of their school.

I almost made it to the end of the contract, but ES notified me via email that they were canceling it just 5 days before it was up. AND I was to be charged the full price of training (plus a few hundred added for good measure) as though I had defaulted on day 1!!

I would be willing to go to court with some of the many others that have been ripped off.

I agree we do all need to find a way to get together. It will not let you put links on here as I have tried. I am willing to meet, phone, email, or im anyone that is interested in doing so regarding this matter. I have posted on expeditors online and have a screen name with my yahoo id on it if anyone wants to look me up. We need to get this going full force. I have filed complaints with the bbb, and attorney generals office of Indiana, so there is one there also. They should not be able to keep getting away with ripping people off.

Yes, this sounds very much like something they would do. Seems like they are the ones breaking this contract (like they haven't broken the contracts 20 times over just with their actions while teams are with them. lol )

Did you know Expedite Solutions is not really a school? Don't pay them a dime.

The problem with this company is they know there is no way for us to all get together to file on them. Unfortunately these site ( I have found them on ripoffreport, expeditersonline, truckersreport, and scam.com) do not let us put our information so that we can get into contact with each other to get the ball rolling as a single unit. I believe Expedite Solutions counts on us not being able to get together as we are all from all over the U.S. if someone could figure out a way for us to all hook up it would be greatly appreciated! Then maybe this company would get what is coming to them .

Also, everyone remember there is a statue of limitation on lawsuits so we need to get the ball rolling!

I myself think it would be interesting to see how it all played out in a lawsuit, and with the irs. I DO believe it is an illegally operating school. There are just too many people out there saying the same things about this company. How can so many people that don't know each other say close to the same things? I'm also sure everyone who has posted on here was employed with this company at different timessss, but yet all had the same results. Definately a major problem here with this company.

Expedite Solutions has the only national training facility that specializes in getting people started in the growing segment of transportation called expedited freight. To help new students understand the curriculum and their progress through the material, we have broken the training into 3 phases. Phase I begins after you apply online and receive our detailed materials."

""Actually the "detailed materials" are mostly contradictory and confusing claims of how much money you will make, and outdated information on the facility, itinerary, and equipment.



"Once you arrive in Indy, Phase I will have many classes supporting 5 key modules. These modules are Log Books

There is no one on staff that has ever done logbooks in the expediting business. The log lessons have to be redone by the carrier you sign with through their orientation.

Lifestyle and Operations/Finance (which includes running your small business).

They refer to it as "your business" but they are constantly interfering with your decisions and choices. To the point that they "strongly recommended that we take a load at 25 cents a mile below our "contracted rate" through a blizzard in Utah! It was our very 1st run! There were several wrecks along the roadways and a couple of drivers were killed. I called to ask if I had to take it, and they said I should. I was so naive. Don't you be!

Again, no one on his staff really has a clue except for what they've read or seen on video. They have never been behind the wheel of an expediter truck!!

"You will not be an expert when you graduate from Phase I of our training but you will be legal, know how to stay legal and have been introduced to all of the major concepts to successfully operating a straight truck in the expedite business."

Depends on if the term MAJOR CONCEPTS includes the knowledge needed to survive the first week on the road. I would compare it to being thrown in water to teach you to swim.

"These concepts will be reinforced in Phase II and III of your training.
Phase IIPhase II Through the Gears
Phase II begins immediately after graduation from Phase I Indianapolis, IN. Your first step is to attend orientation at the new motor carrier you will be delivering for. This orientation is usually 3 days and conducted at the motor carriers corporate headquarters. During this orientation drivers are getting used to their recently assigned truck, getting things organized and prepared for their first run. Drivers will take another drug screen as well as learn about the carriers company policies. Phase II generally last about 90 days and is a time to put into practice what was introduced in Phase I.

This is on the job training at its worst!! Your best support will come from the carrier, not from ES. ES seems to be more concerned at this point as to how hard you can run, and how many loads they can get you to take before you quit.

"Expedite Solutions will closely monitor your performance and provide additional training over the phone and internet. Completion of Phase II varies by team but is usually noted by an increased confidence in the basics of operating the truck, getting used to life on the road and a basic understanding of the financial side of the business. "

At the time we went through Kyle stated he had achieved a 120% turnover rate with his students!! I didn't know that was possible!!

"Phase IIIPhase III Cruisin Speed (drivers at fuel stop, clip art of the USA)
Phase III begins as your abilities in the basic skills (safety, running on time etc) become second nature. Phase III focuses on improving your productivity and profitability by finely tuning key business variables. Fuel economy, personal budgeting, truck repositioning are just a few examples of the areas for improvement in Phase III. This final phase usually takes the balance of the year to accomplish fully.

I don't think a dozen people have ever made it a full year since the start of his "school". I only know of 4.

"Expedite Solutions works closely with you to provide key data for analysis. All key data is monitored closely to help drivers know how they are progressing compared to historical averages. At the completion of Phase III successful teams may decide to pursue Lease Purchase, Direct Buy, Fleet Owner or they may elect to stay on as Certified Mentor Drivers. Whatever your career goals are, Expedite Solutions has a program to help you accomplish them."

They hound you for higher stats and more production. As far as I know no one has been able to complete a lease either. And I've not even heard of a "mentor driver." Maybe this is a new addition.

Please check this place out before signing anything.

Remember, you can rent a Penske truck to take your CDL test in for a couple hundred dollars. Find out from the carriers how to get help without paying thousands to a rip off scam first.
