I received a letter from Swift Financial on 06/20/2008 they stated Experian is reporting a 1956.00 loan with Capital One. Capital One keeps signing Certified Return Receipts and cashing money orders and I validate when they cash the money orders. The arbitration claim against Capital One is file# MX0711002018527. Capital One has stated they refuse to goto Arbitration to validate all Car payments that you signed certified return receipt. The proble is Capital One is cashing car payments and not reporting correctly to Experian and trying to get a hold of Experian and talk to them personnaly is impossible they give you automated responses with no chance to talk to a Customer service rep. I checked my credit score back in March 2008 it was 678 also 2 car companies one Saturn of Puyallup reported that Capital One has not been paid for 6 months I showed the car salesman my return receipt and money order that Capital One signed and showed him the billing statement that Capital One gave me nothing past due. I went to Art Gamblin Motors in Enumclaw and they reported the same thing with my wife present as a witness to the facts in both instances. On another note Experian refuses to goto Arbitration and U.S. Federal court. This issue is in reference to Capital One Auto Finance oh by the way the car contract Affadavit is Notarized Apostilled
