The credit reporting agency 'Experian' has continually taken funds from my debit/credit card without my consent. In total they have taken $$101.91 from me, as stated, without my consent, authorization or approval. This has occured over a 6 month period. I have repeatedly tried to contact them at all hours of the day to no avail. They do not answer the phone and I have waited on hold for 2-3 hours. Frankly I am at a loss as to how to recover my monies. As stated, I have tried to give them a chance to rectify their error but have reached a dead end. This total amount of money may not be much to some individuals, however my income consistes of SS Disability income and does stand between my food budget and my ability to pay for my housing. From the deepest recesses of my being I ask you for your assistance to right this wrong.
