My Mortgage Company never acknowledge m Lawyer they perhaps don't even know his name; they TB&W went Bankruptcy and on they way to the hell, they
illegally transfer my case to Saxon Mortgage that instead of help me out with my case
they hired attorney Cindy Lee Stock 915 Bonneville Av, Las Vegas NV 89101 PH no
702 382-1399, using the TARP money to pay her. ( TARP money or Taxpayer Money)
and took my home on October 12 2009. Hispanic Day.
I never refuse to give the give the house to my Mortgage Company; I offer them the
Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure; any kind of solution for both parties I put my house up for short sale as they want, I want someone from the Bank to take possession of the house
as they please, if not other solution was available for me, I do not want to just walk away from my home. But Taylor Bean & Whitaker never did nothing to help; I am glad
they went Bankruptcy, because this kind of Corp only Pop up to Rip off the Consumer. I want to ask Mr Lee Farkas one of the owner: Your Company went Bankruptcy because I was unable to make my house payments or because your company fatal Mistake to make Loan no matter whats?
Many of my friend an or coo worker owns up to five house and they make almost the same money as me. Why TB&W make so many questionable s Loans? Because is the way they make more money, then default, then repossession by the bank and them sell the house and keep making more more money for big CEO'S.
Even knowing that TB&W won't pay a dime, they owe me 75,000.00 that I lost as my home equity plunge to nothing thanks to bad loans that my bank made. My new Neighborhood at Newcastle Av is empty lot of homes sit in there no one want to buy, creating the brand new Welcome to our Ghost town folks, many of them originated by TB&W.
Lesson 101 for Bankers: Make sure you don't make Loans to wanna be investors that
