Experian has been charging my checking account for over 2 years for a product they offer "Triple Alert".
The product offers the following:
1-Automatic, daily monitoring of your Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax credit reports.
2-Email alerts of key changes to any of your 3 national credit reports
3-$10,000 identity theft insurance provided by Virginia Surety Company, Inc.
4-Dedicated fraud resolution representatives available for victims of identity theft.

I have NEVER received any email alerts, and when I've tried to access my account my username and password did not work.

I called Experian, and they said they would email a temp password, which I never received.
When I called to inform them that I never received the password, they gave me the number to their security department.

I called the number was informed they DO NOT have any such product, and they hung up on me.

I called back, and got the same person.
She tried to do a research using my social security number, but still nothing came up.

She told me to get my membership ID number.
I called the number again on the Triple Alert website, and asked for my membership number. They said they've done all they could do, and insisted they sent an email with the temp password, but I never received it.

I've paid over 1000.00, and I can't get them to stop charging my checking account.

In addition to the above problem, when I pulled my free annual credit reports, there where numerous errors being reported.

1- None of them have my employment correct
2- They have me living in a nursing home
3- There were several pages of credit inquires, and I haven't applied for any credit.

I showed my reports to my mortgage lender, and she said my report looked typical of identity theft, and was advised to put a security block on all reporting agencies.

If Triple Alert had been doing what was promised, I could have caught the erroneous information, and my FICO score wouldn't have dropped tremendously, I also would have saved the $30.00 I had to pay for the Security Block, and I'll now have to pay an attorney.

I believe there website is nothing but a shell.
