We are another victim of their scam $1 credit report. They use deceitful tactics to rip-off $21.95 from your bank account. They did not refund me when I contacted their customer service. Said I could write to their customer billing which I intend to do. My husband did not even get his credit score. All we got was a bill that they are claiming is non refundable.
