Experience AV Sean Greer Deceptive Business Practices & False Advertising Montrose, Colorado

Sean Greer, the owner of this company went out of business in less than 1 year in Montrose, CO. He was still showing the Telluride Co. in business the whole time. He has been very deceitful to people by saying there was also a business in Telluride (when the business was in Montrose)

His business went under in October 2008. As far as I know he had no employees. His website went down for several months and is now back up, claiming a business in Montrose that does not exist. When he went out of business, he sold all of his stock to another dealer. The pictures on his website make you believe that he has items in stock. When in reality they are old pictures from the business that went under in Montrose.

He claims to have a branch in Arlington, TX and Grand Junction, CO and these seem to be false. After much searching I am unable to locate any name or business (from Sean) with any of these address. My search also included talking to the people that rented him the building, customers and ex-contractors of his. After searching all over the internet, I cant even find anything on the address or phone numbers that he is listing (on website).

If doing business with this company I would ask for copies of insurances for the business and any employees/contractors he says he may have. He needs to more honest and not so deceptive in trying to get business. As I am sure he knows, if these facts were put on his website, they would not deal with him.

On his website, he lists exciting changes for 2009. I am guessing he is not referring to the things I just told you. But instead he list how he does jobs all over the nation (because he does not have a showroom) He list many works and articles that are old. Except for a new job maybe done in Texas, in the last year.
