Please take notice that the Plaintiffs have issued a claim in the High Court of England and Wales for damages and an injunction for defamation and malicious falsehood (Claim No. HQ17M02611) against the unknown person responsible for the above post. After not less than 14 days from the date of the posting of this notice, the Plaintiffs will apply to the Court for an order that the filing of the Particulars of Claim in these proceedings at the High Court on 21 July 2017 should be deemed good service of the proceedings, and that the same should apply to any other statements of case, application notices and other documents in the proceedings thereafter. You have the right to apply to the Court to set aside or vary this Order within 7 days of it being made, and can ask to be served directly with the relevant legal documents, including the Response Pack, by emailing us at Solicitor@openmailbox.org or calling on 0800 612 4834.   If there is no contact via the above means, and no acknowledgment of service or defence is received, the Plaintiffs will apply not less than 14 days after the date of deemed service above for default judgment pursuant to CPR rr12.3(1) and 12.4(2) and summary disposal of the case pursuant to section 8 of the Defamation Act 1996. The Plaintiffs will seek an order from the Court for damages, an injunction, and the costs of the proceedings on the basis of their unchallenged Particulars of Claim. They will rely on this notice as amounting to evidence of all practicable steps having been taken to notify you of the proceedings, and of their application for default judgment. Please take notice that an action in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV2017-007811 (the Action) has been initiated.

In the Action, the Plaintiffs seek to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information, IP address, any other information which would identify you, and any other messages that you have posted on the website known as Rip Off Report, located at www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym “dave – Other United Kingdom” or any other pseudonym about the Plaintiffs.

If you do not respond within five (5) business days with your true and correct contact information to our law firm via email (kwpostcompliance@gmail.com) or by telephone (480-588-0449), we will subpoena the records as outlined above.

You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously.  If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before September 12, 2017.

I suspect the allegations are indeed a hoax and the machinations of a jealous competitor envious of the success my company has enjoyed since inception in 2004. 

Rather than hide under the anonymity of your scandalous accusations i kindly ask you to provide YOUR REAL NAME AND YOUR FRIENDS NAME AND PROOF THAT THE TRANSACTION/ EVENT ACTUALLY HAPPENED and i will gladly provide an appropriate response.

Failing to respond to the above is proof in itself that THIS IS INDEED A HOAX and machinations of a jealous competitor and i am sure educated readers can make up their own mind as to the motives.
