Expert Law - Rude and Poor service Internet

Of course, if you or your family is struggling with a case or just don't know what to do next - you're going to look for help. If you're going to look for help, this means that you're probably not very good with legal terms and how things work legally - right? Most likely.
So with that said, I would just like to say that my experience with "Expert"law.com's forums was a very bad one. Of course they claim that they give "help" and advice but that's certainly not true.

For one thing, I explained to them how old I was and that I'm not very good with legal terms - I tried to explain to the best of my ability to help them understand what happened to my family within the case. That was a Waste of time.

Second, with what we're going through in the case, I decided to do some research first before just simply asking for help from these "experts". I found a website in which attorneys had a completely different opinion to what our attorneys were saying about the case. I posted TWO website links to show who these attorneys are to better explain what their opinion was (it was their website) and they claimed that what I did was Spamming. I wrote about Four big paragraphs of what was going on within the case, added two links to help Explain - and they call that Spamming.

Third, technically even though the guy wasn't speaking with common sense, only One out of four people "helped" me.

I covered up the people's names within the case with different names. I used the names Jasmin and David. Once again, remember that I explained Very easily what was going on with about four Detailed paragraphs. The FIRST comment I recieved was "Jasmin needs to do her own homework" Keep in mind, this is from an ADVICE FORUM.

Then the one person who tried to help wasn't speaking with common sense - Tried to come off as extremely intelligent, knowing that I'm not really sure with exactly how the legal system works. You know how people just want to believe that they just know Every single thing on Earth? Well that's how he was when he tried to help me. More questions then answers. He was the one who claimed that I was Spamming on their page. Another comment claimed the same thing by Only saying "Well you'd hardly be the first" - NO Help what so ever.

I told them that I no longer wanted their help and that I wanted them to delete my thread and my account. These Experts are incredibly Rude and basically Trolls. I Highly recommend that you use a different website to look for legal advice.
