When you think of ExpertLaw.com, you would automatically think, "Okay, this service provides expert legal help/advice.", right ?

If this is what you think, you are wrong. ExpertLaw.com is nothing but a bullying playground for it's Senior Members to prey upon those who are seriously looking for legal help and have no where else to turn. Most of these people, like myself, do not have the money or resources to get professional help, so they turn to a site that they perceive to be legitimate and professional. However, many people have the misfortune of discovering the true motive of these Senior Members, which is to belittle, mock, bully, and judge these poor people.

For me, this never-ending injustice started a long time ago when I was around 14 years old (I am now almost 20). I came to the site looking for help on a matter I was very stressed about and had no other options, and I was met with mockery about my age and the fact that I was still so immature and naive. For a long time, I took it as they treated me this way ONLY because of my age. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

A few years later (not too long ago), my husband and I were backed against the wall (metephorically) in a legal matter. Just starting out in life and both being immigrants, we did not have the money for a lawyer. So, yet again I turned to ExpertLaw.com, looking for an expert opinion, and YET AGAIN, I was met with mockery and judgemental comments, without the Senior Members even knowing the whole story of my situation. They only wanted to bully, not ask questions to know more. I ended up finding a lawyer to take my case pro bono, but it did not keep me from being outraged.

I keep asking myself, "How is it that a site can call itself "expert" for so many years, and yet they do not actually give expert services, and STILL get away with it?" The answer is simple: Those who speak against the Senior Members are banned, and when someone goes to a review site with their bad experiences, some Senior Members go to that same site and call these poor people "dishonest", "mentally ill", and "whiners", and say that they are just mad because the truth hurts. No, Senior Members, the truth would be really helpful, IF it were actually given! And do you know why they do this? Because they do not want these dissatisfied consumers shutting down their bullying playground... Because, after all, this is the only thing they have going for them in this life.

Going back to the most recent situation...

I managed to overcome the legal obstacle I was going through, and I went back to my post to let them know what I had achieved, and I was told by a Senior Member "not to count my chickens before they hatch, because it's not over yet." Well gee, Senior Member, aren't you so helpful! Not only are you not at all helpful, but you are negative too! Way to go!

And they don't just limit this behavior to those who could possibly be facing criminal charges... But also to those who are asking simple questions as well.

Another time I had posted on the forum, it was something so simple: name change procedure in my county, because I had searched all over Google.com and still could not find exactly what I was looking for. You would think something so simple could have just gotten a sincere response with the procedure or at least a link to it, right? WRONG!!! Oh, I got a link alright... It was a link for lmgtfy.com, or "Let Me Google That For You", with my question typed in by this person. Some help, right? It kind of makes me feel like a glutton for punishment, lol.

To anyone who reads this, and has not used the site yet, please do not waste your time. These people are not helpful at all.

To anyone who reads this and has already use the site, please join me in doing something about it. Please report them here and on any review site you can access, and together we will all put a stop to these bullies.

And finally, to anyone who reads this and is a Senior Member on ExpertLaw.com... I know, I know... You are going to sue me for defamation. And when you do, I will be filing a counter suit for false advertisement and cyber harasment. Mess with me now. ExpertLaw.com must be shut down!!!
