My wife joined their website and wanted to cancel after one month, however when she tried to contact them she did not get a response. To be safe we cxl'd our card so that charges would not coontinue, yet after about five or six months we get an email telling us that we owe around $150 for services that were not only cxl'd but not used.
In research we have found that the BBB has many reports of that same matter on Explore Talent. This is a shame as well as a scam. We have yet to speak to anyone from the organization. Poor business practice. As a person that owns a production company, I would ask those seeking a rep. in the business to do back ground checks first.
