I had registered with this company and they claimed that they were going to put me in commercials and acting jobs. All of this was for no fee. However they needed my account number and I stupidly gave it to them. Now I have an enormous bill with my bank. This rip off company took over $130.00 from me. They over drawn my account and of course when I ask for my money back they take more money out and tell me that they are not giving me anything back. With all of these fees I am out $500.00 and bad business with my bank.

My bank refuses to give the money back and refuses to let me dispute it. The bottom line is that this company is nothing but a rip off. SCAM ARTIST!

Charge you Money = Scam

AUTHOR: Megan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 12, 2009

Explore Talent charges you large fees, they greatly print those fees in tiny script and any angency that charges you large fees is bound to be a scam, Explore Talent does not give you modeling jobs, it just gives you a large headache.

Explore Talent provides free account and encourages upgrade to Pro Membership

AUTHOR: D. George - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 21, 2009

As you are aware, Explore Talent makes it easy for you to access thousands of real auditions. As a free member, you can view the auditions but you cannot submit yourself for an audition. As a Pro Member, you are able to not only access the auditions but actually submit yourself and go on auditions. Not only does this help you gain experience, but you get paid for jobs you get.

Explore Talent's service is a tremendous value and there is no gray area. Explore Talent provides a free account which includes your own personal profile page where you can upload unlimited photos and video. You can personalize your profile and make it a great tool to help you network in the entertainment industry. As a Pro Member (a paying customer) you get much more including unlimited submissions to auditions listed on the site. Whether you are an actor, model, dancer or musician, there are plenty of auditions to choose from, submit to, and get work.

We offer great tools and it is no wonder we have so many happy satisfied customers. Explore Talent is in the public eye and certainly doesn't try to scam anyone for any reason. Here is a link to a video shot at a recent Explore Talent event in Hollywood.

My Complaint is not bogus

AUTHOR: Maelindatigger - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 15, 2009

My complaint is not bogus. I have even contacted the Better Business Bureau over this in which the Better Business has contacted Explore Talent over this 3 separate times and have received no response from the company. To this day, I still get text messages wanting more money from me from this company as well as email scams once more. One of the idiots with this company have called me telling me that I have an audition and when I ask where the place is they hang up the phone and when I call back they tell me that they did not call me but still ask for more money. Also if anyone wants to contact the Better Business Bureau over this company they can surely see that they have a big fat F on their report. Don't give these rip offs any money. Don't lose your bank account and money like I did. Someone should file a civil action lawsuit against these no good frauds. I know I am contacting the police over them.

This Complaint is Completely Bogus

AUTHOR: D. George - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 09, 2008

You originally signed up a FREE member. As a free member, you were able build your free personal profile page with photos and video clips. You were then able to build your professional resume. You were then able to start networking and marketing yourself using your profile page. ALL THIS WAS COMPLETELY FREE.

At some point you may have been contacted and encouraged to upgrade your membership. This would have enabled you to begin submitting yourself for auditions. You would have had 7 days after upgrading to cancel your subscription.

If you didn't cancel, of course your membership fee was charged.

As far as your inability to balance your checkbook, or read basic terms, that's unfortunate. If you had made one call to Explore Talent customer service, you could have cancelled your membership and gone on your way.

I am sorry that you did not take advantage of all Explore Talent gives its members, but why act childish by making bogus complaints and then hide so that you can't be called on it?

For the 2 million members that work with Explore Talent, the company must be doing something right.

If you decide to be serious about your career, you might want to reconsider Explore Talent, the largest audition submission service in the world.
