Explorer Communications Rip off door to door students selling books  Nationwide

I was approached by a student earning credits so she could go on a school trip. She was pretty smooth but I took her at her word adn bought a set of 3 Princess books for my grandaughters. 3 Months later - no books. So i contacted Explorer Communications adn they advised me first they could not find my order ! Then when I scanned adn sent in teh receipt of my order adn cashed check.. Voila- they found my order. $ days later I received a small book... one book. I did a search on the internet and this book retails for 12:99. I was charged $61.00 for a set of books. $15.00 of that order was shipping.

I kept the envelope the book arrived in - it was shipped for  0.99 cents.

 I wrote them to let them know they should be ashamed of themselves and they are a rip off.. no reply.

I am retired military and most often just roll with it, but they ripped me off so bad I had to let teh public know.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM a door to door kid selling books for Explorer Communications..! Beware
