exploretalent.com has fraudulently created an account in my name. Los Angeles, California

This company created an account in my name and used information (photos, personal information) that was clearly taken from my Facebook.  They also managed to have my cell phone number and email address.  I had nothing to do with this company before they called me and told me there were agents interested in my account (which is preposterous, there being no information on there that any talent agent would care about) and that I should check into my account.  I told them I didn't know what they were talking about, and they promptly told me that I must have forgotten my login information and told it to me.  I tried to delete the account online but was forced to call their help line and have it cancelled that way, because they don't let you delete it on the website.  I held for 15 minutes and talked to two different people but finally got my account deleted... or so I thought.  I went back onto the website to check, and it still recognized me by name although I couldn't log in.  I called back to tell them I wanted my account completely deleted and not just deactivated, and the person I talked to (who was apparently a manager) told me that the information was stored on search engines like Google and yahoo and would not be deleted entirely for up to 45 days.  She took no responsibility for the profile that I didn't create, and told me someone with my information must have done it because the company couldn't possibly have gotten that information.  I feel very violated and extremely uncomfortable with a company that is clearly a fraud having my personal information.  I demanded she take my information out of their database and she flat told me that they couldn't, since it was stored in the search engines now (which really makes no sense).  She told me to contact Google or Yahoo if I had more questions because they knew more about it than she did.  She seemed upset when I told her that I was going to file and report and asked me why I would do that, which leads me to believe that she gets calls and reports like this one pretty frequently.  I hope this company is shut down swiftly.
