I just want what was promised to me. 

Exploria Resorts sold me a 3 day 2 night stay in Orlando another 3 day 2 night stay in Daytona 

the package also included 200 in hotel gift cards and tickets to a pirate show dinner 

the first problem is the gift cards are not gift cards and were advertised as gift cards. they are coupons. but on the cards they say gift cards... even the website you use to redeem the coupons says gifts-cards. I was 100% mislead that these were gifts cards.

the second problem happened when i went to reserve the 3 day 2 night stay in daytona. Not only did it take over 30 phone calls and repeated emails to book the stay but when i finally was able to reserve the stay it took more than 3 weeks to confirm the hotel.

I called them Monday 9/07/15 and they told me i was staying at La Playa.

when i asked if I could change my check in date they said sure but it'll come with a 90 dollar fee..

i asked them if they could waive the fee and they said no if i needed to change the check in day i needed to do so 7 days in advance . the problem with that is i didn't know which hotel i was staying at until 24 hrs prior to checking in ..
