I called Alan Jeffords, owner of Exposed Media USA, on behalf of my church mission team to order t-shirts for an upcoming mission trip to Arizona. He said he could make 12 shirts for us for $159.00. I met with Mr. Jeffords and gave him a check for the full amount and he assured me the shirts would be ready in a week.
I called him after 1 week and he said they would be another week until they were ready. After 2 weeks, still no shirts. I told him that we needed them by the following week because we were going on the trip. He promised they would be ready. I called at the end of week 3 numerous times and left messages. He avoided my calls and didnt return the messages. I called from a different number than my own and he answered. He said he would meet me with the shirts that night and he never showed up. Then, he said he would meet me in the middle of the week and again he didnt show up. He finally said that the shirts were never made. He appologized and said he would give us a full refund. We made an appointment for him to give me the refund check and he didnt show up.
After days of calling and messages, he finally answered and said he knew we were helpless and he was taking our money. Nobody has been anble to help us and we lost $159 of hard earned money that was supposed to help out the Navajo Indians on our mission trip. This guy is openly stole from our church.

I know Mr. Jeffords and have recently been in contact with him. He has just done a scam on some of my customers as well, and has no remorse for what he has done in the past. I will greatly ask him for your money back when I see him and hope that I can send you back those funds. He is not a good person, with very bad business techniques. Im sorry again for what your church went through.

I would like to address the facts:
James states in this report that he ordered shirts for his church for the Navajo Indians. That he paid $159 as payment in full for shirts he never received.
FACTS:
Prices are $350 and up for the Logo Design & T-Shirt Design Setup. Then $16 per shirt.
James never paid for shirts only a deposit toward artwork !
Navajo Indians were never represented by James or ever raised money in Florida
James was a Promoter for a Rock band NOT a church !

We are committed to making our customers happy. This man never paid for our products only partial artwork.
