Express Scripts Tricare Terrible service, won't delivery meds, scary situation Pheonix Arizona

Express Scripts (I have Tricare) keeps refusing to send me my asthma inhalers which I need to breathe. They don't tell me they want me to switch to a cheaper inhaler, they just bombard my doctor with phone calls and meanwhile neglect to tell me anything. Recently they emailed me to call them immediately. I did, they said my inhalers were on the way, they had been waiting for my doctor to refill. As I was getting ready to leave on vacation they notified me by letter the medication was not allowed by Tricare. I'm allergic to the alternative, Advair. Round and round we go. They told me to go to the ER if I had a problem. Meanwhile, I'm leaving on vacation with no inhalers, hello? Started a Facebook page, Express Scripts Watchdog Page, because they have seriously poor ratings on all consumer websites. If Congress can fix the VA they can fix this too and we should lobby for it.
