Express Vitals I ordered a birth certificate because it said that it could express it to me. I needed it in a hurry. When I saw how long it was going to take I immediately wanted to cancel. The cost was high buying I could have it quickly then it was okay.Craig Internet

 It's poor advertising and s real shady company They won't call me when I have asked many times. Can't even get them to email me. I want my money back and will go as far as I am to get it. Please let me know what I can do and if you need more information.  

I needed a birth certificate in a hurry and saw this Express company and it said I could get it quick. I filled it all out and payed with my credit card. When I saw how long it would take with there express delivery I was really disappointed and immediately wanted to cancel and told them so with a email. I have tryed to cancel more than five times now and have not as yet gotten a reply. I don't know how they can get away with not issuing a refund when no time has elapsed and I haven't reviewed anything. There is another form that has to be sent to me and filled out before this transaction is completed. I have not filled it out. So even if they claim no refunds they can't say I agreed to pay for anything. The order was not completed and I am not going to complete it so I want my money returned to my bank. Please help me here and let me know what I can do.

Report them to the FTC and CFPB
