Hi, I'm a single mom. I was hired by this company exquisite home products like a month ago. When I got hired they said you get paid $1500 every two weeks regardless you sell or not. Paid vacations, benefits and travels. You have to find your own customers and you start by ripping off your family with their expensive products. The truth is you have to visit 30 people every 2 weeks. You give a 3hrs. Presentation about their products, after you get your family in debt and if you dont have anybodyelse to ripp off they tell you have to go door to door, cold calling, stand outside of a supermarket and bother people in order to succeed in this business which I never did !! ones you don't have more family you don't sell & you don't get paid !!!

Paid vacations and traveling ??? You got to qualified for every trip !!! You have to sell $35,000 to qualified for a convention where most companies like this one with less Money take you for free !! Lol. For a vacation that is only going to cost them around $800 the 4 days but you got to bring them $35,000 in new business. Not only that from that $35,000 you don't get commission of the whole amount, the company keeps 60% of the sale and from the remaining 40% they calculate your percentage in every sale. For example from the remaining 40% they calculate your percentage or commission which it could be a 9% or a 12% of that. So the company keeps almost 80% or more. There's two more position with a higher commission 24% and 30 % which nobody or not a lot of people reach there's only a couple that probably get 30% and in " 30 yrs of business" this company only has 5 directors that have been there for years trying to build a "team" and open up another office. Which from those 5, 2 are the owners daughters which make money or certain percentage from everybody that the father puts in their teams and the whole family works there. Funny thing none of the employees have nice cars only the Lardieris and they try to motivate people by telling all they own. Of course they are millionaires, only the Lardieri family make money.

So, I figured out this business. They bring as many people as they can, this people are gold !!! They will treat like so, people are bringing there family to buy from them. They don't have to go out and get you, you coming to them thinking you found a promising job. Than they motivated you so you can stay around long enough to bring them enough business. they make you visit all your family and friends. After you ripped them off and you don't have anybody else to visit you are not as important anymore. You stop selling you don't have anything to give them, now they move on to next new person with new business. You struggle for a couple weeks, waist your gas, money and tolls to the point you spend more than what you get and they tell you in your face you are not working enough. Fridays you don't get a dime if you didn't sell and they wait for you to quit or they will tell you this opportunity is not for you.

Not a lot of people have figured this out, they only post is a scam but they never understood the whole thing behind this. This company has bad and expensive products that a lot of people have complains about, fake stainless steel, visit a couple existing owners complaining how this water filters rust and chipped. But I don't care if the products are bad but the post ads on Craigslist every week oferring jobs and people come with a hope to get a good steady job and instead they get used. We got used just to bring them business, to make this guy and his family richer than they already are. They sell you dreams and their "success" when you are the one making in them succeed bringing business every single week they bring people in. Room full of trainees every week and at the end I bet is the same old people in the same positions year after year. But life or God will judge them one day and all that money will not save this family. I know a lot of people relate to this or will relate to my experience and how bad it feels to get job that offers all this and at the end you get home a Friday with no check and with a daughter to feed, rent to pay etc. and no money ! They tell you won't succeed only this business offers this opportunity. If this business is this good and if this guy LARDIERI has so much money why you dont give at least a real minimum earning program not that fake program that if you don't sell you don't get paid.

Like that people at least they have something to bring home even if they didn't sell and they probable stayed long enough to see the opportunity and help your organization to expand. More money expanding than sponsoring just to get their families. That sponsoring strategy one day will get old, the more you sponsor the more people will know about the strategy behind this business. Help people succeed for real if it's really your goal and invest some money preparing professionals to do office dutties, management capacitations too not only door to door and cold calling. Tell yor staff to stop lieying in every single interview.

To Anonymous:

I can understand you being disappointed.  You didn't meet your expectations.  But one must know that there are always 2 sides to a story.  We appreciate hearing your side and had hoped you wouldn't have posted "anonymously" so that we could resolve any issues you may have.  However, the company would like to clarify with you our perspective.

When we interview, hire, provide orientation, train someone (especially with no experience), all of this costs 'a lot of money'.  All the people we have here working & conducting training 'costs money'.  Processing your application, setting you up on payroll 'costs money'.  The office space required to conduct an interview, training, etc....'costs money'.  Any business, not just our business, would have the 'cost of doing business' types of expenses.  So your theory "of hiring new people and getting a few sales from them is how we make money" is in fact totally wrong.  This is actually how we lose money!  So when you work in the company only 3-4 weeks and quit.....the company still had to pay you 'sale or no sale' while you're training.  There is a financial loss.  The company starts to make a profit when you succeed NOT FAIL!  Just a few examples, Barbara has been with the company for 12 years and has generated $2,500,000.00 in business;  Irene in the company for 10 years has generated a little of $2,000,000.00 in business; or, Carlos in the company 3 1/2 years has generated $1,500,000.00 in business.  This is when we make a profit on our investment.

Plus, we have over 10,000 customers who buy more products every year, replacement filters, and additional items, etc. which generates over $2,500,000.00 in sales per year.

We strive to meet our responsibility to train a 'new individual' and we train everyone the same way.  Once you are trained, however, it is also time to meet your responsibilities and do the work.  Your responsibilities are outlined in an agreement signed by you and the company and you received a copy for your records.

If the company did not meet their responsibilities in that agreement, PLEASE contact us so we may rectify immediately.  Unfortunately, you did not post your name or contact info so we cannot look you up in our system to follow up with you directly.  

In addition, when you are given the work you are responsible for performing, we DO NOT supervise you or anyone else in our company in any way!  From the very beginning we outline that you have a flexible schedule.  When you work, where you work, which days you work or how many hours you work are strictly up to each individual!  All we care about as a company is that the work gets done!  Some people have the discipline to handle this kind of freedom.  Some people procrastinate and try to do the work 'last minute' and sometimes aren't able to complete it.

As to our product line, they are some of the best quality in the world.  With testing to back up the quality standards that we advertise.  Our products are at a good price for the quality.  For example, people today pay $1.00-$1.50 for a 20 ounce bottle of water.  With one of our filters, they can have the same quality water or better for 1 - 2 cents.  Our filter is 100X less expensive than bottled water.  Yet, bottled water companies have never been labeled "a scam" for selling you water in a plastic bottle (100X mark-up) that comes into your home for FREE.  

You also made reference to Mr. Lardieri's family.  I just want to say that they 'earn' what they get.  They put in over 60 hours per week.  They are hardworking, dependable & caring people.  They are both college graduates who have continued their education further.  One has become a certified nutritionist and the other created her own business in CA and sold it for a profit.  They could have worked in any corporation but chose EHP because they have worked in the company since they were 14 yrs. old.  They believe in what they do!
