EXTENDED LENGTHS BEAUTY SALON / HAIR PRODUCTS I EMAILED THEM, LEFT PHONE MESSAGE, THEY NEVER RETURNED, SAM EMAILED ME, OVER 1 MONTH AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED ENTIRE PACKAGE. SAM TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 24 TO 48 HOURS AND STILL NO RESPO Internet, Internet

What happened to 24 to 48 hours. If you were extremely sorry as you stated you would have dealt with this along time ago. This company has poor customer service.
I want your corporate phone number.
I am also filing my claim. I have had too much patience already and have provided you with ample amount of time.

I have never in my life have dealt with a company like this. Honestly this is absurd! I can't believe I have to go through this much hell just to get something that I have already paid for a month ago!!!!!!!

I haven't heard back and this has been going on for a month now!! I want a refund!! Please refund me back the money for the product you did not send me but charged me for.

Hello,
 
I have finely received my order and it had only 2 products instead of the 3 that I was charged for and not to mention there was not an invoice included in the package.
I am extremely upset, not only did my package take almost a whole month to get to me but it was incomplete.
 
I expect to be reimbursed for the third product or it needs to be shipped to me as soon as possible.
If not I will be disputing this charge with my bank for the incomplete package that I was charged for without receiving. 
  
I hope you understand how frustrating and ridiculous this has came to be,emailing back and forth. I am not sure what type of business you are running. I never expected anything like what I have had to deal with to happen when I had initially ordered from your site.
I highly doubt that I will shopping from your store again. 
 
Please address the issue at hand promptly.

I have not received my product and its been over 2 weeks I would like a refund. Thank you, you can go a head and check and see that it was never delivered to my house.
 
All my information is here I have already emailed you before and have received no response and I have called before too and have received no response. With you poor customers service and not sending me the product I want a refund in full plus shipping refunded back to my card thank you.
