Ordered product on May 9, 2012, card charged promptly on May 11, 2012. No product as of this writing, June 18, 2012, despite multiple emails and promises by them to resend product. They clearly don't have it. I am filing this report, one with the Illinois Attorney General and the BBB. I have also filed a formal dispute with my credit card carrier. Wish me luck! This type of bad business has to be stopped.
