Bravo and emphasis on the 'other', 'messed over peoples' posts!! Thank God for this site!! Please 'see' identical post to this one for 'Public Storage' at Seven(7)Corners/Falls Church, Va. site. Pretty much the same Ripp-Off issues here!! Can not place enough importance on the very serious issue with the gross negligence about tire flattening/blowout debris (wood/furniture screws, nails, glass, etc.) in the parking lot(s)/drives, etc., especially right where you load/unload your valuables in/out of storage!! And do not bother mentioning it to Management, they will totally argue/denie with you about how it is all the customer(s) fault and none of their fault (lame excuses) and refuse to seriously 'address' the matter accept to terminate your lease and trash your hard work/time/money doing so!! This sort of gross negligence can very well cause anything from 'minor'?? flat tire all the way to you/the passenger(s) in your auto(s) Death!! The false 'claims' for 'partial' climatization (HVAC/AC/HEAT) to charge the higher rent$$ are very real as well here, at this/these facility(s) (there are two in the 'immediate' area-I believe the one accross from this one is on 'Fillmore' street next to the ABC Liquors, just like Public Storage at 7 Corners/Falls Church) Excuses after excuses 'mount' to the point of rediculousness!! No matter how 'polite/congenial' you try to approach them about these gross negligence(s) surrmounting to grotesque 'False Advertising', they refuse to change any of it to any where near 'reasonable', and continue to make 'false statements' regarding same. They 'say' the HVAC is 'set' (later-after you 'take' the unit and later realize it simply is not 'true' climatization!!) at 55 degrees in winter/cold weather, when it is factually like 45 degrees Freezing!! and during the summer/hot months, say it's 'set' at 70, when it's 90 to 100 degrees, so just spending 30 minutes in your unit moving stuff causes severe exhaustion from the heat!! Terribly Inconvenient at the Higher Cost$$$. The 'climatization' is not just for the AC/Heat issue, it's the SMELL issue that permiates thru-out the facility from the/some people(s)? gross hygiene 'issue' with their stored belongings. 'One bad egg spoils the bunch' reality/issue would be the old 'cliche' that would apply!! And Management refuses to properly deal with this issue as well!! Again, causing this to be a major factor that makes the 'equation' detailed very important!! It is simply NOT TRUE, 'partial' Climatization!! for the higher rent$$. If the 'lack' of it does not 'get you', the smell/stagnate air will!! The putrid condition of the restroom(s) is ongoing as detailed in other customers report(s) as well!! Never 'plan' on being able to use the one and only one available, in fear of catching some sickness/desease at the same time!! With the same 'excuses'/equation detailed above. Good luck finding a truely honest company 'running' a storage facility in the NOVA (Northern Virginia area) Your 'cash' is obviously nothing but 'trash'!!! No 24 hour access, elevators break down with no stairwells, etc. as well. Prepare to 'evolve' your entire storage experience (the 'time of your life) 'around' the needs of the owner/management at this one!!!
